Do we know how many shares at what time will be added to the O/S?

A) In addition, if Blum Oakland achieves all of its sales benchmarks, the number of our shares should only increase by roughly 60% but our expected total revenue is expected to grow by over 175%. 80% of the equity will be held in escrow subject to performance adjustments at the end of the 12-month term


Do we know the number of BlumOak shareholders and how many will get cash and the amount of that cash?

Not sure yet.

Do we know the projected profit BlumOak will make?

My guesstimate, nothing more, is around 6 to 8 million, maybe more out of 14-16 revs.

Do we know the sales of BlumOak?

Trailing 12-month non-GAAP revenue for Blum Oakland is over $14 million....IMO it will be more like 15-16 in 2016.

Do we know the size and amount of product will become TRTC's.

Not really, IMO probably around 30% will be TRTC/IVXX product to start.

We know we have currently A/S at 350Mil. We know that the merger will dilute about 60% with certain performance matrix in place about 210 Mil shares. We know this license will put TRTC in the fast track. WE know their is huge popular vote in favor of legalization. We know Cali. & Neveda vote for recreational in Nov.We know cultivation is coming for TRTC We know this could be huge and actually change lives forever. Opps I forgot we know acquisitions are coming with more dispensaries.
