Don't get me wrong , I am long this stock and believe it will be very successful but adding 60% to the O/S means IMHO approximately 200 million if we agree on a current O/S of app 300 million. Break that down over 12 months mean an average 48 million will be added every quarter.
In 2014 the total float was 48 million.......
IMHO this fact alone means the company as a whole will be restructured to benefit us all and meet Nasdaq listing sometime in the future.
