Documents can be construed and interpreted differently but what has happened and continues is supported by the plain language of all the disclosures that I have read. Also, my logical thought process and my experience leads me to believe that anything that could be found to support any missing assets to be returned to escrows would have been found by now by the big budget players involved in this BK. Time is running short, so we will all know the end of the escrow story relatively soon. Meanwhile, we still have a viable chance for gain with our WMIH shares IMO.
