It's thinly traded, no one is selling and the float is locked. Can you explain where the shares, if all 4,000 were buys, which I think they were, came from? Trader A to Y did not sell, Trader Z was buying. Who was on the ask giving shares to Trader Z if there is no one selling? Why wouldn't the MMs increase the PPS knowing there are buyers and maybe sellers at higher levels but don't? Explain. Thanks!
