on this board who can at least admit Chan is up to no
good.......!
Lets just hope the current board will have a chance to vote on
on a reasonable counter proposal by Shengda before
AGM ever happens!!!
Actually .....Chan delaying the AGM date at this point is
working to shareholders advantage because any asset sale between
say between 30 to 40 mil with all payout being received before end
of year will jack up PPS substantially from here IMO !!
In other words * We get the 2nd decent offer from Shengda at any time now ** The current board votes yes *** PR announces details shortly there after meeting**** PPS jumps above 5cents like lickety split before Chan ever gets to say word about anything !!
Sounds like a plan man .....Just a little more reality coming your way....!
****And Better Yet....if you notice on the original total DEBT....The Primary Note Holder (t...something or other???) is owed more like 3 million if that much ??? Default penalties, etc....are highly exaggerated adding up to @ 8+ mil & are incorrect.....if you look closely at the Note!!!!!!!! Bet Marc the magician < (new name) can neg... this baby down to well below 5 mil (penalties included) once he has cash in hand!!!! O...yes he can Mama!!!
