That Post is Filled with Errors and is Bombastic, Overbearing and basically just a Bully post. This is a simple administrative action that will end with an agreement between parties. It is SO nothing, a hearing has been put off until September. I mean really, two bills from 7 years ago? Company might have to also return shares to the treasury, that is in the stockholders interests.
