Pretty sure the June warrant holders will be stuck. Have to love all of the great financial minds and advisors "helping" them as well.

That would be a massive amount of stock shares hitting the market at one time. 30-35 million shares plus warrants. That's another massive dilution which is going to hurt all of us. A R/S isn't a nail in the coffin for a company with no revenues. If they did a R/S and uplisted to a real exchange then mutual funds would be able to buy in and we would have access to better capital/institutional investors. Hanging around on the OTC has done nothing but hurt us. Look at our PPS and float...we have no legit institutional investors because we're on the OTC.

Guys, just checking in. I know I don't post anymore, but wanted to let you know I went up to SAGES Friday. I gathered some very, very, very interesting observations and pictures I'd like to share with you. I will post them tonight on our Titan FB page. All the shorters should put on a diaper.
The SPORT system was amazing in every way and exceeded my expectations. The surgeon console was artwork. The hand pieces eventually will be able to differentiate different textures, i.e. Sandpaper vs slick. The patient cart base is like a miniaturized Davinci Xi that looks much easier to set up than anything out there currently with great maneuverability. All the previously posted images are awesome, but don't do it justice. The whole package is everything we all have dreamed about and more.

Any guesses who I saw outside the SAGES Exhibit Hall at 925am Friday with Mr Hargrove and walked in together to Titans Booth???

I recognized these two gentleman instantly. They spent a solid amount of time at Titans booth talking to management and observing a SPORT demonstration. I also happened to be at Transenterix's booth when they walked by and said "hey guys, I just wanted to stop by and say hi." Then quickly moved on.

I found all this fascinating. Not suggesting anything other than a coincidence, of course!
