That would be a massive amount of stock shares hitting the market at one time. 30-35 million shares plus warrants. That's another massive dilution which is going to hurt all of us. A R/S isn't a nail in the coffin for a company with no revenues. If they did a R/S and uplisted to a real exchange then mutual funds would be able to buy in and we would have access to better capital/institutional investors. Hanging around on the OTC has done nothing but hurt us. Look at our PPS and float...we have no legit institutional investors because we're on the OTC.
