And they did notify us back in August that they planned to raise $45M over the next 25 months. So even though it hurts, the dilution shouldn't be a surprise.
They have $21.4M left out of the $45M. Best thing here would be for them to just raise the rest. Then, finally, the downward pressure will be gone.
