HE IS NOT A CEO.... Period EOM. DEMOTE him now... set him up as the CTO. As that is his Forte.... Bottom line I see it as, when your running a company and you set deadlines, you make sure you hit them. How can you even market yourself anywhere when you cant hit the deadlines for your own company? Now you are telling customers sure we can do that for you by Jan..... PLEASE... when deadlines come and you are behind you hire more people to get it done, you expedite things, you sub contract things out, you do WHATEVER is necessary.... that is of course unless the deadlines mean nothing...
