NGCG has spent enough time researching, developing, and "perfecting" the refreshers/waters. If they need help on how to develop and launch products, they should seek assistance ASAP IMO.

Also, I hope everyone is contributing something positive to the firm, if not ......

HorT agree with you - IMO Phil is a hard working good man, but he's to indecisive. I've wrote about it in March.

Phil delivered the caps. He is also working on Refreshers, but keeps hiring new labs for developing immaculate formula... Although he announced last year that he's happy with the formula and those, who attended Open House, loved the samples of different flavors.

Still lets do not forget - it's thanks to his efforts NGCG is cash positive.

Tom has no problem with making decisions and quick actions.
Now we have a perfect combination of personalities. Tom will demand the results.
