Ross has done absolutely nothing. Phil delivered the caps, it's actually his original product with new flavors. My understanding is that Phil also negotiated the $500,000 cash-on-cash credit line, which is in IMHO is brilliant.

Phil is also interviewing the prospective distributors.
He's also the one that is working on Refreshers - not so brilliant with the Refreshers. He keeps hiring new labs for developing immaculate formula...

Although he announced last year that he's happy with the formula and those, who attended Open House, loved the samples of different flavors.
