Likelihood of not finding a Big Pharma partner for what will probably be the biggest selling drug of all time is pretty slim...

I believe a partnership will not be announced prior to good 26 week data. Here's why. Anavex did not not pluck out a 32 patient 26 week trial out of thin air. I am sure the company shopped itself around and basically asked BP, "what will it take for you to discuss a partnership for the drug?". The feedback, I am guessing was, good results in a 32 patient 26 week p2 trial. So that is what the company originally set out to do. I think people who are awaiting partnership after only full 12 week data (unless it is spectacular), will be disappointed.

Can I caution please against fantasy dreaming. We are lightyears away and have numerous barriers to cross.

Don't count your chickens yet but take it rather one step at a time.

To put the FDA and "fast track" together seems like a bit of an oxymoron – does that bureaucracy do anything in a speedy way?

But, I like your speculation about pursuing an Asian distribution licensee – now, I think that could truly be done on a fast track timetable.
