Not sure what to think about their efforts (or lack thereof) at public relations? My guess is with Powers and Les having legal backgrounds, and given recent lawsuits and attacks from the shorts, they probably believe saying as little as possible in terms of public statements is the right approach.

This is a make or break period for the company and shareholders - what's said or isn't said will not make much difference.

I have to agree with what I am hearing here, it makes much more sense that there is positive news forth coming then negative.

Couldn't agree more. That has always been the case for anyone who takes the time to read between the lines.
