You might want to look very carefully to see if some of the "25" data oints are doubles or triple data points.

32 at start of trial. 25 were on donepezil. Could just be a coincidence. I'm not as up to date as I once was.

Some of the data point circles are darker than others. Those are overlapping (multiple) data points.
