I understand what happen with the last deal, and to be honest it was a blessing that it actually fell through, SUNE did not need to take over that debt. & everyone knows the law suit will never come to anything. deals fall apart all the time. unless we see a timeline in the contract obligating SUNE, then they will never get a suit passed IMHO.

does ANYONE know if SUNE has anything in the pipeline as far as what you mentioned for deals/mergers/acquisitions etc....?
or is the next several months just going to be cleaning house, management wise, getting this streamlined in the company to get moving forward in say the 3rd Q....?
