this doesn't exclude Cowans attorney from making any other offers !!! The legal teams may have not come to an IMMEDIATE agreement, therefore this doesn't automatically mean this will drag on for 18 months.... OH DEAR LMAO.... Who's to say Cowans insurance won't make another offer? Sounds like the company and Seth have a very strong case, the longer this drags out the more damages incurred... Kind of like that chess game huh? Your move Cowan, pay up or go in front of a jury as guilty as you are ;)
