The last time back in ~2012 when the type of trash happened, there was a dispute over $28 million paid to Cognate. The plaintiff settled for $500K returned to NWBO.
This has been going on for a while and the shorts have used the same tactics over the years. It ends up the attorney fees are almost as much and because everyone wants it to end, the settlement is made. I hope it is not done the usual way this time and NWBO goes after the plaintiffs.
