Those guys do not know anything. They are order takers. On etrade issues half the time they give you a different answer depending on who you speak with.

As for your broker reading over the PR. Brokers are not much different than the rest of us. They are simply giving you their interpretation of things.

How about this have your broker call Rufus. The he will understand.

Excellent, if they're going to have to pay CVSU shareholders $15 each, or the difference, if FHAL isn't $15 by the time the merger occurs, then they might as well buy up every share of FHAL they can until it's up to $15. This really is better than any other option because it makes it more likely that the pps will stay at $15, or even go higher.

I have talked to the folks at scottrade in St. Paul MN, different story than you are telling, they read it as the newly formed company choosing between the 3 options, who is right? I don't really care, what do they know?? What I do care about is how my account will look tomorrow afternoon.

this is why this is the best option 3.) Set the Average Closing Price at $15.00 AND PAYS NO ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION to any shareholders. And this is why FHAL should reach 15pps, we as investors or speculators bring the price and hand it to CVSU shareholders imo
