Excellent, if they're going to have to pay CVSU shareholders $15 each, or the difference, if FHAL isn't $15 by the time the merger occurs, then they might as well buy up every share of FHAL they can until it's up to $15. This really is better than any other option because it makes it more likely that the pps will stay at $15, or even go higher.
