big daddy there is no dilution with this company it is one of the main reasons that brought me here they do their own financing without any dilution whatsoever.if they need money for something they sell their own shares to get it or else give the company a loan

Company does not dilute and no toxic financing Howard the CEO has sold shares and turned around with that money out of his pocket and opened 2 new generator franchises and bought a propane company to service those generator customers. He recieves no pay check to date from CHDT. He owns about 60 of shares and the float is 101 million.
