Thanks Steve, much appreciated. I added 200K shares today, and will look to add another 200K tomorrow. I like what I have seen thus far, and looks like you guys have a great group here.

Like all OTC companies, dilution may be an issue. When you have 1 MM selling that many shares, dilution may be a concern. I do not know the comapny well enough to know. So, please pardon some bad questions.

Has the comapny diluted by dumping shares in the past?
Last time this hapenned with VERT, how long did it last?
Did the $0.14 MM ceiling start today?
