Patent means squat for the Translock containers. Its the other approvals that are necessary before the containers can be used.

the 90% approval rate is the most important part of translock being admitted to the patent prosecution highway program. ddcc is going to be the patent holder for this technology. with this special patent program and the million dollar manufacturing pledge to build the first 50 containers, we have every reason to expect success.

Another very important point. The US Patent and Trademark office has to have already given Double Crown serious consideration to admit the Translock system to their special status fast track program which has a 90% approval rate. The independent validation of Double Crown's story just keeps getting stronger all the time. Glad this was brought up here. Good info!
