Below is what you said in mid august of 2015 when we spoke about EPS projections. I really wonder what happened over there.

Oh, no. It will definitely be more than $5. Perhaps closer to $6.

Quote:
EPS down two years in a row

Three years in a row

2012 6.24
2013 5.74
2014 5.56
2015 3.10-ish

Wait, it gets even better. Would you call this a high growth company? See revenue last 6 quarters:

2014-Q3..$107
2014-Q4..$109
2015-Q1..$115
2015-Q2..$ 91
2015-Q3..$125
2015-Q4..$ 98

Here is the kicker, these so-call professionals (Tony O) can't give us a firm date as to when they will reach the 10,000 MT for Phase 1.

Anyways HAPPY Saint Patty's day to all, including JoeN. Think I will down a bottle of Menage Trois Red Silk today, maybe then I will fine the answer to life's problems... LOL

Warm regards, tony

I know. The "three" isn't official but it might as well be.

When I was at the Charlotte Investors' Meeting in 2014 (April), Solomon stated he thought they could do $450M that year. Not only did we not hit that number in 2014, we didn't in 2015 either. I would cry if I were laughing.

I'm all for some aggressive accounting at this point. Every possible option that ECAB could potentially ever exercise, recognize it now. I don't care if the interest has accrued yet. Kill the earnings per share number for the latest Q and make 2015 look as bad as possible, that way, by comparison at least, it will give the appearance of improvement going forward.

From the sino agro website. Maybe you realized it but I hadn't.

Q: How many shares does the Company currently have outstanding?

A: As of December 31, 2015, there were 20,133,757 shares of our common stock issued and outstanding.
