Here is the kicker, these so-call professionals (Tony O) can't give us a firm date as to when they will reach the 10,000 MT for Phase 1.

Actually he did, during the presentation. He said they will either have stocked or sold 10,000 MT by the end of 2017. Which is in line with my sales estimate of 7,000 MT next year.
