Mid trial review huh? Interesting. And you say the enrollment hold may never be lifted? Hmm... And you say CLDX went up in flames at their 2nd interim analysis? Hmm.. And you say cldx's stock price plummeted leading up to to the release of news about their trial, almost like there was a leak of the data? Interesting.. And you say that NWBT's stock has been dropping like a rock the last few weeks? Hmm.. And just to be clear they have been conducting a mid trial review? And one of the doctors closest to the action recently said that pseduo progressive patients really wreck havoc on clinical trials? And the principal investigator said that what's happening in the trial really isn't "helping the trial"? Okay, got it.

Crazy that these folks are on hold. Life and I mean "LIFE" can be unfair. The money lost in these shares means nothing compared to this.

We are still waiting for the FDA to sign off their mid trial review of DCVAX, the wait is getting a bit agonising and we are looking at what we can do. One option is to start the Check point inhibitor treatment which is expensive, potentially, we would need over £100,000 for this. (on top of saving money for DCVAX and Avastin) ---- post by hope4patients

I wonder which Check point inhibitor treatment is being referred to? Perhaps some CPI treatment is already being suggested to be used together with DCVax-L?

That sounds like a 1st interim to me? Yes, I know it's blinded but maybe just from the overall tone of discussion of the lead investigator to others involved they get that sense of things. And that would be very interesting.
