I believe that once he is out from the non-disclosure he is under (probably related to knowing the reason for the hold), and the investigation is complete, we will see his true commitment.

Interesting point that if or when Woodford does buy again in NWBO with the float at 58M, Woodford can purchase on the open market and immediately drive up the PPS very quickly.
