Show me in the 8k where it isn't a stipulation. That's my point it doesn't say what the stipulations are for him to buy at 15 and 25 cents. But I can tell u one thing for sure it only makes since for Li to have some guarantee the price will be high enough to make money or why would he got through with this deal.
So not knowing the stipulations for the buys makes my thoughts as valid as anyone else's.
Cmon man!!!!! He doesn't look like a buy high sale low guy too me. That's why I believe that the share price will be higher and to get there we will be announcing at least one contract prior to approval of increase authorized share count. Unless they have enough votes without us.
It doesn't the point that he is willing to pay that high should tell you something.....and he isn't buying in thousands but in hudreds of million shares......so unless the company is very successful he won't be able to uload all those share.....unless you think Li is a dummy and he is willing to loose millions.....I don't know what the SP is going to do today but I believe it will go much higher this year and going forward....
