This investment is rare to find in pennyland IMO.

It is difficult for me to consider TALK an investment at all with the history here and the lack of current SEC filings.

The merger hype in light of this reality reinforces this opinion.

These kind of shenanigans are not rare in pennyland at all, but rather common actually.

This is a run of the mill frontloaded scam IMO. I am eagerly awaiting actual SEC filings and re audited TALK 10-K's for 2013 and 2014 to put more pieces of the puzzle together.

The current 10-K for 2015 which is 3 months late would be a good start though. Should help track down where all those 1.2 billion shares or so were distributed as the hype cranked up.
