Does anyone know the SUNE new "confirmed" re-extension filing date for the 10K?
I've ridden a few stocks thru a missed 10K filing and extended+ filing dates. If filed on time w extension and or extended extension the effects are usually nominal - miss again after a 2nd extension and "look out below" we all better grab some Put coverage...
