Lets just hope Marc can settle Asset Sale prior to AGM so

shareholders can kill two birds with one stone on proxy

vote ....although no date has been set as of yet for Marc's

final board meeting in China as far as FDA knows???

I agree that the Chan group should have put some statement out as to their plans for the company. If they truly have 54% of the OS shares, then they take control at the AGM.

We are not being given any information from anyone at this time
