If the halt is not lifted you may have a case with their Oct SEC statement I posted to Doc a few days ago. It was very inappropriate to continue to give shareholders the sense that only a month was built for the halt into their updated Oct 2016 clinical registry update.

Have you been conned? I thought you had seen through this scam and in fact been encouraging others to get out. At what point did you see the scam and fraud? How much money have you lost ?
