Ya it comes down to much of a steal $2 is for Sune. I think it's a steal and a half so I'm just gonna hold my shares till earnings and a bit after depending. It could drop but not much just because the 10k is late. They still own physical wealth whether they file a 10k on time or not.

I have my reasons. First is SunEdison will loose Vivint lawsuit soo badly they might end up paying over half of billion dollars. Their filling have clues that they purposely delayed the filing. Second is if they don't have the money they might end up filing for BK. Even if they can afford to pay, SunEdison will be in more cash trouble then they are now.
