I think the granting of Confidential Treatment by the SEC just relates to the general public not having general access to this info.
I suspect that the investigators might still have access to the manufacturing agreements.
What do you mean "if something is out of place" ... like a coffee mug or so?
Why would they have to report it? What issue would they need to describe?
I do think this granting by SEC of Confidential Treatment of a few Exhibits (during the investigation) is indeed just a coincidence.
Sorry, but I think that you are mistaken. It seems like you are trying your best to try to find a problem with anything and everything as it relates to NWBO. Quite a stretch.
