That has absolutely nothing to do with TALK's 10K that was due in Dec 2015.

That 71 days is for an amended 8k.

Great. When will TALK file the 2015 10-K? That was due December 14 2015 WITH the extension.

Ok so UMS audited financials coming soon then. Great. Why are the audits for TALK not complete yet? Why put the cart before the horse.
