oil fields- exactly- I am thinking this is why SD is taking the Restructuring efforts early. This give enough time,runway, liquidity, to execute a long term plan.
As you said once the money becomes too tight. There is little flexibility and the debtors and management hands get force.
I do NOT believe that is the current case with SD
