From what i have seen with other companies i work with who have filed, none wanted to file it's just they ran out of cash. I think SDOC has good enough cash on hand to weather the storm as long as we get out of this oil funk within the next year.

That is the key, how long will these low oil prices remain. I for one see us at 50 dollars a barrel by September. If it can get there and stay there then yes all will for sure be good.
