Duh, okay. I could have figured that out if I had my second cup of coffee. They just authorized 105,000,000 out of the current dilution authorized.

So why did they ask to authorize 400,000,000 more shares when 200,000,000 are needed? It doesn't show much confidence in the long term after the 900,000,000 are in circulation.
