I really can't be sure. I think that Mark doesn't own the idea anymore anyway. VWKM owns Newscreen because supposedly they bought the rights from ECGM(Emerging Creative Media) when they mysteriously went out of business after the fax promo accusations (coincidence?). Mark sold the rights to Newscreen for billions of shares of ECGM. That's how all this seems to work. Someone comes up with an idea for a company, buys a shell (~150k), sells the rights for the idea to the new shell for billions of shares, sets up a 504 offering to pay for laywers and PR's and stuff. I guess they draw a nice salary over time and then when things don't work out they resign to create distance from the company so that they can then sell their restricted shares. Sound about right?
