what makes you think Mark is out, all the PR said was that the new guy was appointed President & Mark Resigned? Appointed by who ? Current ownership or BOD, wouldn't that be Mark & Co. ?
In my opinion...the only way Mark would be totally out, would be if he sold the company ? Or am I missing something ???
