As an addition to my previous post; What I wrote is my opinion. The actual job description of the security officer hat is not up to me, it is up to the BORK Board of Directors and/or officers. It is also not up to me to make official proclamation as to the quality of Juan's official acts, but I am free to express my opinion on the matter, which is what I did. I will admit I have some professional experience in making such judgements.
