Why does it look like the audit only goes to 2012? Where is the rest?

Financial Statements for the past three years, 2009, 2010 and 2011

For these three past years, the management prepared the financial statements. Engaged the independent audit firm for audit. Though the audit was almost done, it remains unfinished since this company virtually stopped all the developmental projects and ran into cash flow issues. However, this company is now making necessary arrangements for completing the audit for these three past years.

Who was/is the auditor? Simple question. Further, where is the 2008 audit? Where can you find the audit cost $100,000 as suggested. I know the audit cost $19,400 or less, but I cannot tell how much less than $19,400 as they did not itemize it well, as in audit versus accounting or tax accounting. I can tell you, however, that in order to maintain independence, the auditor did not assist in the preparation of the financials, nor did they assist in the company's taxes before it could be audited. We would hope anyway.
