Hey Ready, my only salvation in this Cognate/Toucan/Linda dilution is that Woodford has 180 million reasons to fight anything he sees as unjust. It is much more comforting knowing he is in the exact same boat as us, being that he purchased shares. If there is anything illegal about what she is doing, I'm sure he has the know-how and personnel to rectify it. If it was just us....... I would think were screwed!
I may even reach out to the Woodford fund, just in case they aren't aware of the dilution clause. Although I'm sure the issuance of 8 million shares is what really sparked the call for an investigation. I mean after keeping this company afloat with much more of an investment than Linda/Toucan/Cognate, I'd be a little peed with 8 million in free shares going out the door too. I would also think that if everything comes back from Linda's investigation as "a okay", he will challenge it. I believe this is why he didn't participate in the last raise.....IMO
