Number one, it would've been nice if they provided an initial figure to begin from.

Since they didn't, i'm to assume it's still quite expensive; not massively.

You do realize it's a forward looking statement and not a guarantee of fact.

Bolt Threads stated that their process is not very different than growing any other yeast and the spinning process is not to expensive anymore as well.

Price point nowhere to be found but even the CEO admits the first sets of clothing will be rather pricey....

They additionally hope to lower costs considerably.

Which is why none of the companies are guaranteeing success with price parameters.
