Thx Doc, but I can wait for more clinical trial results for CXCR4 so I can see the hard data. I understand the importance of the CXCR4 for its biological role but I don't fully appreciate its importance for therapeutic target in cancer. It seems promising but it won't be successful like a CI. Its role IMO is a combo treatment with a CI or some other therapy to enhance their efficacy in terms of extending OS/PFS or even SD (all expensive end points to pursue in clinical trials). So I don't expect much in the near future for this target. Let me know if there is any clinical trials in the late stage or any great results from a pI or II clinical data.
Also, it seems that you are excited by CXCR4 because it is somehow associated with NWBO thru some patent? Am I correct?
