It looks like from the intro that he is attempting to prevent NWBO from realizing the additional $17 million via the warrants by talking down the company and the stock, although I have not read the whole thing yet.
Is this a fiduciarily wise move for his shareholders? I wonder if they could sue him for repeated media statements that seem intended to drive down the value of the investment.
