I would just like to point out that while this whole "certificate" thing is interesting and if shown to be true would contradict the company's assertion that the LLC either merged with INC or was acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary....

MANY OF US had ALREADY noted that NEITHER the state filings nor a processed corporate action by FINRA had shown that ANY deal had been consummated.

The DD was there for all to see.

And as we all know, FAKE mergers are one of Fast Eddie's favorites. ;-)

It's called being quiet for a reason, sure if a merger about to happen the 2 companies said Shhhhh until all is said and done. This is not the first merger I've dealt with and had to wait months for updates. Compare ATRN to TDEY on silence, On ATRN months went by and investors get the screws in the end not going to happen here. TDEY/ORTC/Oak River will be the victors here, watch and see

investing public await Lil Lindy the Lil Texas El Niño to refute....if someone was calling me out for something I did not say or do...I would not hesitate as refuting such would never fall under any so called hyped up quiet period
