I would just like to point out that while this whole "certificate" thing is interesting and if shown to be true would contradict the company's assertion that the LLC either merged with INC or was acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary....

MANY OF US had ALREADY noted that NEITHER the state filings nor a processed corporate action by FINRA had shown that ANY deal had been consummated.

The DD was there for all to see.

yet it was the multiple offers to sell me a part of LLC when my attitude changed as after that what was coming could NOT be remedied with his lack of intelligence nor those that surround him....including an esq & debt buyer from North Carolina nor the one's he has listed in any professional capacity in our humble opinion
