Oh, yes indeed! the State case, in which, IFUS is on trial for $250,000.00 a 3 years interest @ 18%/annum compounded, and attorney fees + court costs is definitely in play. It will be "in play" for another 3-4 years!!

The new State claim by MW will be thrown out, just as i said the Federal counter claims would be thrown out. No legal basis for claim, no proof, no evidence, no witnesses, no affidavits. Just lots of loud mouth allegations. Typical Sub-penny Pinkie scam garbage.
