#56066 RE: Doc logic #56065

Hey Doc, let me respond to both of your post with this one only. Concerning your understanding of revenue recognition for a PUBLIC company like NWBO, it is just plain wrong. You ABSOLUTELY cannot compare a public company like NWBO to a small private business that has the choice of choosing a cash basis accting method for Tax purposes. I might have been a little too sarcastic with Flipper, but I guess I have a reaction to those who can't admit that they are wrong when their error is revealed. Makes me almost think he has a deeper purpose in posting prolifically on just this one company. Also, in regards to all this revenue stuff for the German HE program, I really wonder if you guys even bother to read the SEC filings. NWBO does have revenue, and most likely those revenue is related to the German HE program in the form of the grant that they got. You guys do remember that NWBO received a German grant, right?

Also, you really believe everything that management tells you? I guess all the lawsuits that were filed last November are totally baseless. I guess phase V allegations were pulled out of their ARses. I do have a problem with those who try to turn "bad news into good". I like to assign probabilities to all the possibilities. IMO so far the evidence seems to support that possibility that the events surrounding this current PARTIAL CLINICAL HOLD is "bad news". Of course I can't be 100% certain, but the odds HIGHLY tilt the analysis towards "bad"

LP - "We are expanding the trial to 1500 patients and shooting for OS primary. Think of all the sickest of the sick we will save!" Good news.

Investor - "So this trial is going on another 5 years, a reverse split, and more toxic financing (because you pissed off the lone institutional investor so much that he abstained from voting on BOD selections with his 40% of shares)?" Bad news.
